REDCON1 TIER OPERATOR PROGRAM SUBJECT: Commission Guidelines

Earning Commission

One of the best parts about being a Tier Operator are the rewards that are given out. These rewards include free supplements, apparel, accessories, and eventually commission for all sales that you bring in.
There is a structure to what rewards you can earn. All new members begin in Tier 5. As you bring in more customer sales you move up from Tier 5 to Tier 4, Tier 3, Tier 2, and Tier 1. When you reach Tier 3 you will earn 10% commission for every sale.
There are 3 ways of collecting your commission earnings:
•Store Credit Gift Card.
•Payment check sent by mail.
•Payment by Direct Deposit.

Payment by Store Credit Gift Card

Receiving your commission earnings in the form of a Store Credit Gift Card is the fastest and most efficient way.  The Store Credit Gift Cards are issued electronically. An email with the gift card code will be sent to your email address. This code can be entered on the checkout page when you are placing your next order.

Payment by Check

Receiving your commission earnings in the form of a printed check that is mailed to you is an option. If you would like to receive a printed check sent by mail you will need to submit a IRS W9 tax form and create an account with bill.com – the service we use to distribute payments. Tier Operators are considered Independent Contractors for Redcon1, not employees. It is the responsibility of each Tier Operator to report and pay taxes on their earned income. The IRS requires that all earnings from a single source that are equal to or greater than $600 in one year must be reported. All Tier Operators with earnings over $600 will be sent a 1099 that can be used to report their earnings.  Tier Operators with less than $600 in earnings in one year will not be sent a 1099.
