At the beginning of 2020 Matt and Ben decided that their days of having ‘Dad Bods’ needed to end!
Their transformation began January 12th, 2020 with pictures, an initial weigh-in, and a body-fat percentage scan. Over the following 12 weeks, they battled it out to prove to the Tier Operators that they were committed to making a change.
The finale is approaching quickly and soon a winner will be determined!
